Your order number is displayed on both ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipment Confirmation’ emails.

It may take up to 3-5 business days to process a return after it has been received by our Warehouse Department. Your item(s) must be returned in the original packaging in brand new, sellable condition.
Your package needs to be post-marked on or before 14 days after your online purchase in order to receive a refund.
